Small and medium-sized enterprises brought BYN6.6 billion to the Minsk budget in 2021

As of January 1, 2022, small and medium-sized businesses have contributed BYN6.6 billion (approximately $2.6 billion) to the consolidated budget of the capital, the Minsk-News agency writes.

In total 120.3 thousand small and medium-sized businesses are registered in Minsk. In 2021, the taxes they paid amounted to 40.2% of the consolidated revenues of the city.

In total, in 2021, taxpayers transferred BYN16.409 billion (approximately $6.4 billion) to the consolidated budget of the city.
