State debt of Belarus increased by 13.1%

As of April 1, 2022, the state debt of Belarus amounted to $65.9 billion. Since the beginning of the year, it has grown by BYN7.7 billion or 13.1%, according to the Ministry of Finance.

The external public debt amounted to $17.8 billion. It decreased by 2.6%. Repayment of the debt amounted to $435.5 million.

The domestic public debt as of April 1 amounted to $13.1 billion and increased by BYN1.3 billion (or 10.9%).
