Student of Year Competition held in Belarus

The title "Student of the Year 2021" was awarded to Ksenia Laschevskaya, a 3rd-year student of the Institute of Inclusive Education of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, BELTA writes.

The second place was taken by a student of the Vitebsk State Technological University. In third place — a student of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.

Fourteen students receiving full-time higher education attended the grand final. Also, their average score according to the results of the last two semesters is at least 8 points. Students lead a scientific, creative and sport life. The qualifying rounds of the competition were held in 36 institutions of higher education in Belarus and brought together more than 200 contestants.

The main objectives of the project are to develop the creative potential of students, create and promote new leadership training programs, increase the prestige of knowledge and popularize professions.
