Students of BSU and BSMU developing app for dermatologists

Students of the Belarusian State University and the Medical University are developing an application for dermatologists that will help in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, the BSU website reported.

The application works in the format of a patient's diary. Users should answer questionnaires on the dynamics of the condition daily and post photos of the affected areas of the skin. AI processes the received data.

At the moment, a questionnaire for patients and a program design have been developed. The application has already been highly appreciated by experts, having won the INNSTART BSU innovation project competition. The team received a grant for the implementation and development of the project.
