Successes in the treatment of childhood oncological diseases

About 300 cases of cancer in children and adolescents are registered annually, of which 80% can be cured thanks to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods, Belarus Today informs.

Thus, the RSPC of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology uses innovative CAR-T therapy, which has shown high effectiveness in patients who do not respond to standard treatment methods.

CAR-T therapy, as well as technologies of genetic research and cell therapy, are actively developing in the RSPC, which allows Belarus to be among the leaders in the treatment of pediatric oncological diseases.
