Teaching staff at medical universities in Belarus will receive salary bonuses

The Ministry of Health has established an allowance for medical workers of the university clinic and the teaching staff of the medical university who carry out clinical work in the university clinic, up to 100% of the salary, the Ministry's website writes.

Teachers will also receive bonuses for activities related to the provision of medical care to patients with infections. For work in outpatient and inpatient conditions, the bonus is BYN500 ($160). For work in the departments of anesthesiology and intensive care — BYN1500 ($500).

The payment of allowances will improve the quality of medical care for patients with COVID-19, as teachers of medical universities are actively involved in helping such patients.
