Ten-car "Lastochki" Moscow-Minsk will start running from October 1
From October 1, two new ten-car high-speed "Lastochki" will start running between Moscow and Minsk. The number of seats will increase significantly, minsknews.by reports.
The new trains consist of ten cars each, previously five cars ran between Moscow and Minsk. Now there will be 727 seats on the train instead of 341.
Russian Railways promises that trips will become more comfortable at the same cost due to soft reclining seats, individual sockets and USB ports for each passenger, as well as 11 toilet rooms for 10 cars.
As before, the trains will depart "mirror" from Moscow and from Minsk in the morning at 06:20 and in the evening – at 16:00.
