The ban on the creation of political organizations will be lifted in schools and universities

A draft law has been developed that changes several articles of the Education Code of Belarus. The new amendments lift the ban on the creation of public associations with political goals, Sputnik reported.

The new bill changes the article that prohibits the creation of associations in any educational institutions that pursue political goals.

In the new version, the ban on parties remains, but public associations with political goals will already be allowed.

At the same time, the current version of the Education Code has come into force relatively recently, on September 1, 2022.

In early January, the Hi-Tech Park launched a project on teaching physics and robotics in Belarusian kindergartens.
