The base rate has increased in Belarus

In Belarus, the base rate has increased since January 1. This is provided for by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 31, 2021 No. 792. The document is published on the National Legal Internet Portal, minsknews.by reports.

The base rate has been increased by 3 rubles. Now its size is 32 rubles.

The amount of taxes and fees, fines, allowances, scholarships, and other payments, including unemployment benefits, depend on the base rate. It is also used to categorize the amount of damage in criminal law.
