The Defense Ministries of Belarus and China signed a memorandum on the establishment of twinning relations in the field of international military cooperation, belta.by reports.

On Monday, a working meeting was held between the Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense - Assistant Minister of Defense for International Military Cooperation, Major General Oleg Voinov, and the Head of the Office of International Military Cooperation of the Central Military Council of the People's Republic of China, Major General Tsy Govei. The meeting was held in the format of a videoconference.

The parties discussed the plan of major events for 2022 in the field of military cooperation, noted good prospects in this area and the importance of their further strengthening and development, and also signed a Memorandum on the establishment of twinning relations in the field of international military cooperation.
