The EEC Council approved taxes for electronic trade in services
The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has approved the mechanisms of taxation of electronic trade in services in the Eurasian Economic Union, BELTA writes.
The taxation mechanism provides for the payment of VAT at the place of consumption of the service, remote and simplified registration of the taxpayer. As well as simplified filing of tax return.
The list of services provided in electronic form has already been agreed and will be submitted to the Council for consideration after the approval of the necessary amendments to the EAEU Treaty.
