The Embassy of Belarus in Belgium suspends the reception of citizens

The Embassy of Belarus in Belgium temporarily suspended the reception of citizens on consular issues for technical reasons, belta.by reports.

This decision was made after the incident on August 8. On Sunday unknown persons set fire to one of the entrances to the building of the Belarusian embassy in Brussels. The fire was quickly extinguished.

It is unknown when the reception of citizens will resume. The diplomatic mission promises to inform about this in addition.

The Belarusian side demanded that the Belgian authorities investigate the arson incident.
