The fare payment service "TIX" stops working in Belarus

From February 1, 2022 the service for paying for travel in public transport using a smartphone "TIX" will stop working, minsknews.by reports.

"Dear users, the service for payment of fares in public transport is completing pilot operation and will stop operating from February 1, 2022", — reported in the message on the website of the service.

Tickets cannot be purchased from 16:00 on December 31, 2021. At the same time, previously purchased tickets for travel can be used until January 31, 2022 inclusive.

At the same time, the "Oplati" payment system continues to work.
