The Fast Payment System in Belarus

Belarus may become the first foreign country to which Russians will be able to send money transfers through the Fast Payment System (FPS), onliner.by reports. The Bank of Russia plans to launch transfers through FPS to Belarus in mid-2022, and by the end of 2022 – transfers from card to card.

The fast payment system allows you to make money transfers by phone number between accounts of different banks and does not charge a commission for such transfers, provided that the amount of transfers per month doesn't exceed 100 thousand russian rubles ( about 3.5 thousand BYN).
