The final of the contest "Miss Belarus-2020" is postponed

The organizers of the national beauty contest, ONT television channel, decided to postpone the final date to the fall of 2020, reports tut.by.

On the 15th of May, 2020, the long-awaited final of the “Miss Belarus-2020” beauty contest should have taken place at the Sports Palace in Minsk, when a competent jury would announce who became the most beautiful girl in Belarus. However, in connection with the spread of coronavirus in the country and WHO recommendations on the postponement of all public events, it was decided to postpone the final to the fall 2020 until the situation in the country changes.

The organizers are planning to hold a competition in September, when the semi-finals and finals of the competition will take place. At the moment, 142 contestants from all regions of Belarus have reached the semi-finals. Among these girls, the jury will choose thirty ones who will continue to fight for the crown and the title of “Miss Belarus-2020”.

The ONT channel management assures that all the events and stages of the competition will be held in accordance with the plan.
