The Great Stone Industrial Park will cooperate with pharmaceutical companies in Cuba

The Great Stone Industrial Park plans to develop cooperation with pharmaceutical companies in Cuba, the Park's website writes .

This decision was made after a meeting in the Park, which was attended by the Cuban Ambassador to Belarus, as well as representatives of the Mariel Special Development Zone. During the negotiations, the parties discussed areas of cooperation, including in the field of attracting residents and developing cooperation with Cuban pharmaceutical enterprises. The issue of holding a bilateral commission on trade and economic cooperation, which will be held in Havana in March 2022, was also raised.

In January 2021, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Park and the Mariel Special Development Zone. Now the Mariel zone has more than 60 residents from 21 countries. The priority areas are pharmaceuticals, electronics, logistics, energy, as well as financial and banking industries.
