The largest climbing wall in Belarus will open in Minsk

In the autumn of 2022, it is planned to open the largest climbing wall in Belarus. It is located on the territory of the Dinamo stadium in Minsk, Minsk-News reports. Recently we wrote that a Belarusian athlete won the Russian Weightlifting Championship.

The gym with the climbing wall is almost ready. All walls are equipped with special fasteners. It remains to buy belays, mats, carabiners, ropes, climbing shoes. All purchases are expected to be completed by October of this year. Negotiations are also underway to open sports schools there.

The climbing wall has several trails for both beginners and professionals. There is also an Olympic track where competitions will be held. Its height is 16 meters.
