The new “Lastochka” high-speed trains between Moscow and Minsk have carried more than 22,000 passengers since they were launched on April 30, minsknews.by reports.
In the first 2 weeks, the "Lastochki" were 100% full. People buy tickets 2 months before the intended trip. More than 34.5 thousand tickets have already been sold for the entire depth of the sale, according to Russian Railways.
"Lastochki" run twice a day on a mirror schedule. Morning routes depart from Moscow and Minsk at 06:20 and arrive at the destination station at 13:10. In the evening, trains depart at 16:00 and arrive at 22:55.
