The Ministry of Finance expects a Russian loan of $500 million

Belarus expects to receive the second tranche of the Russian loan in the amount of $500 million by the end of June, belta.by reports.

Belarusian Finance Minister Yuri Seliverstov said that the agreement on obtaining a loan was for the first half of the year, for the second quarter.

The loan agreement was signed on December 21, 2020. The loan amount is $1bn. The Finance Ministry received the first half on December 30, and the second half of the loan is expected to be received by June.
