The Ministry of Health launches a virtual reception

The Ministry of Health of Belarus is launching an experimental virtual reception in the form of a chatbot in Telegram, Sputnik shares.

This tool is designed to promptly respond to reasonable specific statements from citizens regarding the provision of emergency medical care. Citizens can send videos, photos or text messages.

It is important to provide clear information about the scene and contact information. The chatbot is not intended for making diagnoses and prescribing treatment, nor does it replace the hotline of the Ministry of Health. It is an operational resource for emergency response.
