The mobile app "Traveling without COVID-19"

Starting from April 15, Belarusians who fly from Minsk to Russia must install the mobile app "Traveling without COVID-19", reports tut.by. You will need to enter the results of a negative PCR test for coronavirus to the app, then provide it in the form of a QR code.

The app is only needed for those people who are going to travel by plane. For other types of transport, it is not yet required.

Rospotrebnadzor said that a new decree was issued on April 15, 2021, which states that citizens of Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan who arrived in Russia by plane must confirm their negative PCR test result through a special app "Traveling without Covid-19".

The app must be installed before the flight (you can do this through the App Store and Google Play), download the negative result of the PCR test for Covid-19, which is made no later than 72 hours. QR codes will be checked upon arrival.

If a person does not have a touchscree phone, then he must have a certificate with a QR code, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor explained.
