The number of detected corruption crimes increased by 40% over the year

The Prosecutor General of Belarus said the number of detected corruption crimes has increased by 40% in 2022, Sputnik reported.

In 2022, 1,561 corruption crimes were detected. The total damage in these cases is slightly more than 20 million Belarusian rubles.

A plan against corruption has been developed in Belarus for the first time. The new approach will make it possible to almost fully compensate the damage to the state.
