The number of tourists in Belovezhskaya Pushcha increased by 40% in 2021

Despite the pandemic, tourist activity in Belovezhskaya Pushcha increased by 37% in 2021 compared to 2020, BELTA writes.
This increased the revenue of the park by almost 25%.

During the whole year, about 474 thousand people visited the Pushcha. Among them 92.5 thousand guests visited the estate of the Belarusian Santa Claus. The largest influx of tourists accounted for mass events.

During the pandemic, only the number cyclists have not become less. In 2020, their number increased by 3.4%, and in 2021 by 4.2%.
