The old manor house of the Radziwills is for sale

The historic estate of the Radziwill family is up for sale, tut.by reports. The auction is being held for the fourteenth time.

The estate is located in the Baranovichi district in the village of Polonechka. This is a huge two-story mansion of the 18th century with columns and statues, inspired by the Radziwills castle in Nesvizh. Previously, the complex also included a greenhouse, a chapel and even a spacious park. However, during the Second World War, the complex suffered a fire, leaving only the mansion itself. For a long time, the estate was unattended and now requires serious renovation.

The initial cost of the estate is 25 thousand Belarusian rubles. However, it is obvious that additional expenses will be required to restore the abandoned estate. At the moment, the estate is in an "emergency" condition, it needs a full-fledged restoration (for the implementation of which permission from the Ministry of Culture is required).
