The sale of beer and low-alcohol beverages has been restricted in the Minsk region

The sale of beer and low-alcohol beverages with fraction of ethyl alcohol of no more than 7% will be restricted in the Minsk region, this decision was made at the level of the regional leadershipbelta.by reports.

The document is officially published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and comes into force after publication.

According to the document, the sale of beer and low-alcohol beverages is prohibited "around the clock in non-stationary and mobile retail facilities, including those located in places of mass recreation near water bodies, with the exception of pavilions and car shops that serve residents in rural settlements in accordance with the procedure established by law".

In addition, the decision established a ban on the sale of these drinks in retail facilities "on the days of celebrations dedicated to the end of the school year, as well as graduation parties in general secondary education institutions from 08:00 on the day of these events to 08:00 on the day following it".
