The sale of energy drinks to underage is prohibited in Belarus

Since July 8, the sale of energy drinks to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited in Belarus. This is provided for by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of June 25, 2021 No. 363, belta.by reports.

Now there are 17 items in the list of prohibited goods for minors. It includes alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages (with an alcohol content of no more than 7%), beer, tobacco products, electronic smoking systems and liquids for them, systems for tobacco consumption, pneumatic pistols, erotic products and some other goods.

Restrictions on the sale of energy drinks for adults have not yet been established.

The sale of energy products is now completely banned in Turkey, Denmark, Norway, Uruguay, Iceland and some US states.
