The USA and Belarus signed open skies agreement for first time

Open skies agreements in civil aviation, which the U.S. enters into with other countries, are aimed at eliminating government interference in commercial airline decisions about routes and prices in international markets, so that carriers can offer passengers more convenient and affordable flights, reports.
