The USA and Belarus signed open skies agreement for first time

The USA  and Belarus have signed a bilateral open skies agreement. As explained in the state Department, these agreements will help create additional opportunities for tourists as well as for business.

Open skies agreements in civil aviation, which the U.S. enters into with other countries, are aimed at eliminating government interference in commercial airline decisions about routes and prices in international markets, so that carriers can offer passengers more convenient and affordable flights, tut.by reports.
