There will be no sharp increase in utility tariffs in Belarus

A sharp increase in the level of tariffs for housing and communal services is not expected in Belarus, BELTA writes, according to the announcement by the Minister of Housing and Communal Services.

The tariff policy for 2022 has already been adopted. It is based on the program of the 5-dollar corridor, when the growth of tariffs for housing and communal services cannot exceed $ 5 per year. Also, proposals on tariff policy for 2023 have already been prepared, so the increase in utility prices will occur smoothly.

Also, housing and communal services organizations carry out a set of organizational and technical measures that help to restrain the growth of tariffs.
