Three new compulsory subjects will appear in Belarusian universities

Starting from September 1, 2022, a block of social and humanitarian disciplines will be introduced in all universities of Belarus, regardless of the profile of study: History of the Belarusian Statehood, Modern Political Economy and Philosophy, citydog.by writes with reference to BELTA.

These disciplines will help to pay attention not only to historical facts, but also to the causal relationships of historical events. Students will consider the well-known historical facts from the point of view of socio-political events that took place on the territory of modern Belarus. They will also assess what role these events played in the formation of an independent Belarus.
