Tickets for II CIS Games in Belarus will be free

The first Deputy Minister of Sports said that tickets for the spectators of the II Games of the CIS Countries in Belarus will be free, Sputnik reported.

The CIS Games in 2023 will be held in 11 Belarusian cities. The opening will take place on August 5, the closing of the Games will take place on August 13. It is expected that about three thousand athletes from 18 countries will take part in the Games.

On the occasion of the Games, from July 1 to August 31, a "visa-free" is introduced for accredited athletes and participants. The authorities also promised to introduce a visa-free regime for fans.

The previous I Games of the CIS countries were held in Kazan in 2021. Then Belarus became the fifth in the medal standings.
