Time without noise in apartments in Belarus

It is prohibited to make noise in apartments from 11 PM until 7 AM, if it interferes with other residents, The Telegram channel "Housing and Communal Services of Minsk" reported.

From 11 PM until 7 AM you should not:

• play instruments;
• sing and talk loud;
• use of pyrotechnic devices;
• do noisy household or repair work;
• load and unload goods;
• close doors loud.

You also need to control the noise that pets create.

Also, in multi-apartment residential buildings, it is prohibited to carry out construction work that creates noise or vibration at any time of weekends and holidays. On working days, noisy construction work can be carried out from 9 AM until 7 PM.
