Every year, the European Foundation for Environmental Education awards a Blue Flag certificate to the best beaches in the world, "Sobiray Rukzak" writes. In 2021, the top 10 countries with the best beaches were:

Experts evaluate the beaches according to 32 parameters, including water quality, the presence of sewage treatment plants, environmental safety, the presence of descents for people with limited mobility, a ban on the entry of vehicles and other.
