Top 10 deals with Belarusian startups in 2021

In 2021 Belarusian startups raised record investments of $190 million, writes dev.by based on the report by Imaguru. Compared to 2020, the amount of investments has increased by more than two times.

PandaDoc and Flo concluded the two biggest deals of the year. Most companies already have several international locations.

  1. PandaDoc (investment amount not disclosed);
  2. Flo — $50 million;
  3. Verify — $12 million;
  4. Affise.com - $8 million;
  5. Onesoil — $5 million;
  6. Fiber — $3.1 million;
  7. Vochi — $2.4 million
  8. DEIP, Synder — more than $2 million; 
  9. Narrative BI — $1.17 million; 
  10. Vandrouka Games — $1 million.

There was also a record number of mergers and acquisitions involving Belarusian startups in 2021. Swedish company Embracer Group bought Easybrain Limited mobile game developer for $640 million. Russian map service 2GIS bought a stake in RocketData. Also, american Apptio bought Targetprocess. Pinterest bought the Vochi startup.
