Specialists of the BELKART payment system summed up the results of the first month of spring and calculated where Belarusians spend money, Kaktutzhit posted.

In March, 38.2 million transactions on BELKART cards were made in Belarus.

TOP 15 categories by the number of transactions:

• Grocery stores and supermarkets - 243.8 million transactions;
• Pharmacies - 48 million;
• Restaurants - 36 million;
• Housing and communal services - 27.5 million;
• Taxi - 25.2 million;
• Clothing stores - 20 million;
• Household and cottage goods - 13.2 million;
• Medical services - 11.5 million;
• Equipment and devices - 7.9 million;
• Cosmetics and beauty stores - 7.1 million;
• Pet products - 6.9 million;
• Flowers - 5.6 million;
• Jewelry - 5.3 million;
• Sweets - 3.5 million;
• Books - 2.4 million.
