Traffic police strengthened control at railway crossings

When crossing railway tracks, drivers began to ignore road signs, markings and traffic lights more often, and violate speed limits, BELTA writes. For this reason, the traffic police has strengthened control over crossings throughout the country.

On the first day of the raid events, about 20 violators were identified at the crossings. Police officers also use quadrocopters for this purpose. In Belarus, the fine for violating the rules at railway crossings counts from BYN 64 to BYN 128.

Let us remind you that until August 31, a part of Rozy Liuksiemburh Street in Minsk is closed to all types of transport.
