Ukrainian doctors will be able to work in Belarus

Belarus has introduced new rules that simplify the recruitment of doctors and pharmacists with foreign education, the Minsk-News agency writes. We remind you that a new private medical center has opened in Minsk.

The new rules apply to the employment of Ukrainian doctors and pharmacists who do not have a full package of documents with them. Now medical specialists who have received Ukrainian education until 2020 can work in Belarus without having to undergo a local internship.

In order to get a job, they need to apply for refugee status. If at the same time a Ukrainian has a medical degree and wants to get a job, he will be accepted for a position in accordance with the specified qualifications. They do not need to obtain a certificate of recognition of documents in Belarus and an internship certificate.

Within six months, a Ukrainian doctor will work under the supervision of Belarusian doctors, and then he will be able to pass the exam and continue working in Belarus. Additional information about the decree of the Ministry of Health you can be obtained here.
