Uzbekistan to Establish Logistics Hub in Belarus
Uzbekistan plans to launch an intermodal logistics center at Orsha railway station in Belarus’s Vitebsk Region by the end of 2026 in cooperation with Belarusian Railways, according to Sputnik.
The facility will handle export and import cargo under preferential tariff conditions.
The project is part of the agreements reached during Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s official visit to Belarus.
The two countries also plan to introduce direct block-train services to strengthen bilateral trade and logistics cooperation.
