Vaccination certificates will start operating in Europe

From July 1, vaccination certificates will be valid on the territory of the entire European Union, minsknews.by reports.

According to the Minister of Health of Spain, Carolina Darias, the certificates will be of three types: about vaccination, about recovery from coronavirus and about passing PCR testing. They will be available in digital or paper format.

"If a person has fulfilled one of the three requirements, they can use the certificate for travel," - explained Karolina Darias.

The EU countries will be left with the right to independently make decisions on the recognition or non-recognition of certificates issued in other EU states.
