Visa-free for 207,000 foreign citizens

According to the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus, over 207,000 foreign citizens visited Belarus visa-free in the first 11 months of 2025, Sputnik reports.

This option is available to citizens of 38 European countries, including Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, for whom visa-free travel was introduced in 2022.

Residents of neighboring countries are the most frequent travelers to Belarus. Since April 2022, over 1.23 million Europeans have visited the country.

Of these, approximately 657,000 came from Lithuania, nearly 399,000 from Latvia, and about 129,000 from Poland.

The President of Belarus has decided to extend the visa-free travel for citizens of 38 European countries until December 31, 2025.
