Vulitsa Ezha will close the season in the Botanical Garden with new participants
The Vulitsa Ezha Festival will finish the season this weekend. The last event of this year, as usual, will be held in the Botanical Garden in Minsk, minsknews.by reports.
The organizers promise 50 participants of a large food court and announce the most exotic of them: Far Eastern "PAN-SE", Indian "Shringara", a chef with Michelin experience and unusual BonGenie sweets.
At Vulitsa Ezha, a new participant of the food court will prepare juicy steamed buns with different fillings: vegetarian Pyan-se, classic Pyan-se, Pyan-se with kim-chi, with salmon and with chicken.
The food truck "Shringara" will offer dishes of Indian cuisine. Chef Anton Kalenik has already won one Michelin star. His Animal Farm pizza & cornetto specializes in Neapolitan pizza.
In addition to a variety of food, entertainment events, tastings, master classes will be held for guests. A lot of fashionable music and just a cozy vacation with friends in the heart of Minsk.
