What is happening with real estate market of Minsk?

During the week from May 16 to May 23, 12% of sellers made a discount on their properties on the Minsk real estate market, the Minsk-News agency reports. The average discount was $2.9 thousand. A week ago, from May 9 to May 16, prices were reduced by only 6% of sellers.

By May 23, the number of ads for the sale of housing in the Realt.by database increased by 3% and reached 14.1 thousand. The apartment price index decreased by 0.6%.

Average prices per square meter for the specified period decreased for all types of apartments. Prices for one-room apartments decreased by 0.8%, for two-room apartments by 0.7%.
