Which bank card to pay for Minsk metro

Contactless payment on ticket barriers works with VISA, Mastercard, BELKART-Maestro, BELKART-Mir cards issued by Belarusian banks, BELTA writes. Exclusion of VTB Bank cards (Belarus): they are not accepted for payment due to technical reasons that arose on the issuer's side.

At the moment, payment with cards issued by banks outside Belarus is limited, as well as payment with NFC mobile devices and smart watches. These restrictions are related to the decisions made by VISA and Mastercard systems.
