Which Belarusian universities are included in the QS ranking?

QS is a prestigious international ranking of the best universities in the world. What place did Belarusian higher educational institutions take this year, reports tut.by.

The results of assessing the quality of education and the level of scientific achievements at universities were summed up on the 10^th of June. Only two Belarusian educational institutions - BSU and BNTU - were included in the ranking of the 1002 best universities in the world. However, according to the data for 2020, these higher educational institutions have shown good results.

This year, Belarusian State University (BSU) rose in the ranking by 34 positions and took 317th place. By rating for 2020, BSU for the first time is ahead of universities in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine. And the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) entered the group of universities that took places from 801 to 1000.

The top-3 best universities in the world includes the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University and Harvard University.
