Workout on the roof of the Galeria Minsk shopping center

The Galleria Minsk shopping center has prepared the project "Only fitness is higher" together with the Lifestyle fitness center, relax.by reports.

Every Saturday throughout the summer, outdoor workout will be held free of charge on the roof of the shopping center parking area.

The trainings will be conducted by professional Lifestyle trainers with their own unique style, in such styles as: Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Stretching and Strong nation!

Sports uniforms, sneakers and water are required for classes. The mats will be issued on the spot.

You can get to the training by pre-registration. It will open weekly, on Fridays, at 10:00. The Instagram account of Galleria Minsk is recorded for the first training session, and the instagram account of Lifestyle is recorded for the next ones.
