You can verify originality of products in a new app

A mobile application has been developed in Belarus that will help customers find out whether the product is legal, Sputnik reported.

Electronic Sign app is free. It was developed by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Taxes. The app is available on Google Play and App Store. 

You need to scan the DataMatrix code of a product. Information on the product will appear about whether this product has been imported into the country legally, as well as the expiration date of the product and other data.

So far, only shoes, jewelry, light industry goods, tires and tires, perfumes, cameras and flash lamps, dairy products, as well as packaged water can be checked.
