“Zvany Safii” Organ Music Festival in Polotsk

From October 26 to November 30, the XXX International Organ Music Festival “Zvany Safii” will be held at the St. Sophia Cathedral in Polotsk, according to BelTA.

The festival promises to be a highlight for organ music enthusiasts, featuring works from Baroque to the 20th century, including masterpieces by Mozart, Bach, Liszt, Beethoven, Handel, and others.

Both Belarusian and international musicians will perform, with special attention to duets combining the organ with trombone, flute, and vocals.

The opening concert will honor the 340th anniversary of Bach and Handel, featuring Belarusian Honored Artist Kseniya Pogorelaya and the Europa-Center Chamber Orchestra conducted by Rail Sadikov.
