The National Art Museum was opened in 1939 in the very center of Minsk.

The museum displays the largest collection of works by foreign and local artists in Belarus. Currently, the museum fund has about 20 collections, which include about 30 thousand exhibits.

The museum has a large organizational structure: a department of modern Belarusian art, a department of Russian and foreign art, a science and fund department, an exhibition department, a department of ancient Belarusian art, a department of scientific restoration workshops, an editorial and publishing department, a department of scientific and educational work, a department of automated control systems and technical processes, library and archive.

The museum has developed many excursions, programs and lectures for visitors.

Tickets for exhibitions can be purchased at the ticket office at the entrance to the museum. Follow the website for free days and loyalty programs.

In the museum you can also find a café and a small souvenir shop.
