The center began its history as the 9th city clinical hospital in 1976. The head of the hospital at that time was A.V. Skachko. The history of his arrival in medicine was tragic and fateful. Even during the Second World War, Anna Pavlovna Skachko blew up her hand on a bomb in the yard of their house. Since then, Aleksnadr had a dream, which he realized many years later - to help people.
