On November 14, 1989, a diagnostic center was opened —  a medical institution of a new type in the health care system of Minsk and the republic. The creation of the center was based on the idea of concentrating unique, unparalleled in the USSR, medical equipment, training highly qualified personnel. The period of time that has passed since the opening has included the construction and reconstruction of the center, the opening of new diagnostic departments and offices, and the expansion of the range of consultations. The latest medical technologies have been mastered and introduced, highly qualified doctors (doctors and candidates of sciences, doctors of the highest and first categories) and nurses, engineers, and service personnel are trained and work in the center.
