Unmanned electric buses will appear in Minsk in 2022
Minsk Automobile factory is preparing to release the first domestic unmanned cars. Well-known bus models are going to be used for the production of drones. And the first such electric bus will appear on the roads of Belarus next year.
PCR tests are now performed around the clock at the Minsk airport
Since August 19, the laboratory performing PCR tests at the Minsk National Airport will work around the clock. The microbiological laboratory is switching to this mode of operation due to the high demand for research.
Three cinemas with IMAX technology are planned to open in Minsk
Three cinemas that will use IMAX technology may appear in Minsk in the next two years. IMAX stands for Image Maximum. The screen in IMAX halls is unusually large, it occupies almost the entire space from floor to ceiling and is much wider than the standard one.
Swedish striker Mattias Tedenbyu has signed a one-year contract with Dinamo Minsk. Mattias Tedenbyu started his career in his native XB-71, with which he became a two-time gold (2008, 2010) and silver medalist (2009) of the Swedish championship.
Additional security systems, such as turnstiles and video surveillance cameras are being actively installed in Minsk schools. The Ministry of Executive Committee will provide security for all educational institutions until the end of 2021.
The Belarusian MMA Championship will be held in the “Stolitsa” Shopping Center
The Belarusian Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship will be held on August 21 in the “Stolitsa” shopping center. The participants of the competition will fight not only for the awards of the tournament, but also for a ticket to the European MMA Championship, which will be held in September under the auspices of the international GAMMA Federation.
